INSTRUCTORS

The full-time teaching staff is made up of licensed and ordained instructors; Rev. Pattie Ah Kui, Rev. John Alailima, Rev. Arthur Mulitalo, Revs. Junior and Jennifer Sinclair, Rev. Ofelia Iopu, Rev. Tavita Fa’aso’o, and Revs. Jim and Samantha Bani, all graduates of RHEMA Bible Training College. Our objective is to have the students instructed by qualified, proven ministers, who will impart the truth of God’s Word, as well as wisdom gained from years of successful ministry.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Full-time classes are in session in Tasmalum, Espiritu Santo: January 27 - November 21. Classes are held daily from 9:00 am - 12:30 noon on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 11:50 am. The school year consists of Seven Terms.

LANGUAGE

Classes are offered in English and Bislama.

LICENSING, LAY PERSONS CERTIFICATE AND ORDINATION - South Pacific Campus

Licensing, Lay Person certificate and ordination is available from our South Pacific (Samoa) campus where a 3rd year Ministerial course and a 4th Year internship are offered for students who have completed the two year RHEMA Santo program. For qualifying 3rd and 4th year graduates who desire to enter into full time ministry and continue to be part of RHEMA South Pacific’s network of Churches and Ministries worldwide, RHEMA South Pacific offers both licensing, lay persons certificate and ordination through RHEMA Ministerial Association International South Pacific (RMAISP). This world recognized certification is renewable on a two year basis.

RHEMA Santo offers a two year course of study for both laymen and those who are called to full-time ministry. The standard for each student is excellence. Third Year Diploma V in Ministry - South Pacific Campus only (Samoa)

January 27 – November 28, 2026

RHEMA Bible Training College offers additional training for our graduates of our two year certificate program who are called into full-time ministry and desire to further their training. This is a one year course where each student will be fully trained in different areas of the ministry. This course is taught on our RHEMA South Pacific campus only.

Fourth Year RHEMA School of Ministry - South Pacific Campus only (Samoa)

January 7 – December 4, 2026

RHEMA School of Ministry is a fourth year internship course of study for qualifying three year RHEMA graduates who have the call of God upon their lives and desires to enter into full-time ministry as Pastor’s, Missionaries, Evangelists and supportive ministers.  RHEMA School of Ministry is a full-time Internship Program that consists of hands-on application in which the student will work in the ministry in positions at the school, the church and on mission outreaches onboard Uttermost Witness.  Fourth Year majors - Children/ Youth, Helps, Music, Pastoral.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Minimum age for application is 17.  You must be 17 by January 27, 2026.

ACCEPTANCE LETTER

The results of your application will be mailed to you.  Keep your Acceptance Letter to show at the Admissions Office on the first day of when school starts, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

CLASSES BEGINS

Classes begin Tuesday January 27, 2026 and ends Saturday November 21, 2026 (Graduation Day).

DAILY SCHEDULE

Daily Class Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am – 12:30pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am – 11:50am.  The School year consists of seven terms.

CLASSROOM DRESS CODE

MEN: Dress Shirt and Tie, Dress Pants. No Denim, Jeans or Jeans material.

WOMEN: Dresses or Blouses with sleeves and Skirts.  Dress and Skirt lengths below the knee.  No Denim, Jeans or Jean material. No T-shirts, Tank tops, Singlets, Halter necks or sleeveless Tube Tops.

Tuition payments are due on or before the date of when school commences and subsequently at the beginning of each term. Tuition payents can be made online by following the PAY TUITION link or be brought into the Admissions Office. Please add 4% for Credit Card payments.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

There are 2 main ways into Espiritu Santo:

•  By Air Vanuatu (fastest way to travel but the most expensive option (45mins-50mins))

•  By the "Big Sista" Ferry (takes longer to travel but the cheapest option (at least 24hrs))


Fares:

• Air Vanuatu: Adult one-way fares can be around VT 19,320, but check Air Vanuatu's site for current rates as promotions exist

• "Big Sista" Ferry Duration: Takes approx. 24 hours, and costs round roughly VT 12,000, but check current exchange. To book the MV Big Sista ferry to Espiritu Santo from Port Vila, you generally can't book far in advance online; you need to buy tickets in person at Ifira Wharf in Port Vila on departure days, contacting local agents like Kolem Santo (7797776/5380909) for schedule updates, as it's a local service with flexible timing, and sometimes faces technical delays.

HEALTH

World Health Organization (WHO) recommends vaccination is taken for typhoid, Hep A, Hep B, rabies and influenza.  The main hospital for Espiritu Santo, including areas like Tasmalum, is the Northern Provincial Hospital (NPH) in Luganville, which serves the entire large island and surrounding communities, providing crucial support to smaller clinics like the recently upgraded Tasmalum Health Centre which offers vital local services. Tasmalum Health Centre: Located in South Santo, this upgraded health centre acts as a primary care point for its local area, offering maternity, emergency, and basic inpatient services, and supports the larger NPH.



IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

For students planning to complete Third Year in Samoa

All other Foreign passport holders must complete the following steps:

•  Complete sections 1, 2, 3, 8 and 11 of the Immigration Forms.

•  Complete the Medical and Radiology Report Forms.

•  Provide a police report from your local police station.

•  Provide a copy of a bank statement showing funds to support

   yourself.

•  Pay a fee of $450 TALA (approx. $195 USD).

This is a one time application fee. Upon approval you will be a Temporary Resident Permit holder which is valid for 3 years. Please email all of the above items to the RHEMA Admissions Office. RHEMA will process your immigration documents with a letter confirming your acceptance and we will email, or fax you a copy of your Temporary Resident Permit.  Upon arrival you will receive your original. It is very important that you complete these steps as soon as possible so that all the necessary arrangements can be made.

Foreign passport holders of Samoan decent may apply for exemption at the Samoan High Commission or Embassy in your country.

ANZ Bank: Has ATMs in Luganville, the main hub on Santo, for cash withdrawals.


National Bank of Vanuatu (NBV) & Bred Bank: These are also significant local players, likely with branches/ATMs in Luganville, though ANZ is often highlighted for tourists.


CLIMATE

Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu has a tropical climate with two main seasons: a hot, humid, wet summer (Nov-Apr) with cyclone risk, and a cooler, drier "winter" (May-Oct) that's still warm and great for visiting, featuring sunny days and comfortable temperatures around 23-26°C, with sea temperatures pleasant year-round, making it a year-round destination.
